• Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for functions as required.
• Provide audio-visual services and instruct on equipment use.
• Pick up and deliver boxes/materials for functions.
• Service and refresh function rooms during breaks.
• Break down and store equipment after events.
• Keep function and equipment areas neat and clean.
• Perform deep cleaning of function areas as assigned.
• Participate in special projects and task forces as requested.
