Pyramid Global Hospitality — La Quinta Resort and Club is seeking a Banquet Set‑Up Attendant. You will direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms for events and assist with teardown at the end of functions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and cleanup tasks.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with teams and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare banquet rooms per event order and standard.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms per standards.
• Refresh rooms during meal and coffee breaks and restock supplies.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Move convention material and assist with coordination at receiving docks.
• Bus tables and re-set meeting spaces as required.
• Resolve guest issues to create an exceptional experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Keep aware of all functions and meetings occurring throughout shifts.
