Pyramid Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant for DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown to support banquet events with precise setup and teardown. You will assemble equipment, refresh rooms, and ensure clean, well-prepared spaces while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event order.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks.
• Move convention materials between docks, registration areas, guest rooms or suites.
• Bus tables and reset them as needed.
• Resolve guest issues and create an amazing experience.
• Maintain positive relationships with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Be aware of all functions, events and meetings happening.

This individual will help to direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions, as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function.If you have experience with setting up banquet events, enjoy making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
