Now Hiring – Hotel Banquet Set Up Staff

You excel in a fast-paced environment where every day is different and are energized with a passion to please others. Your sharp eye for detail quickly spots when something’s amiss and when guests have needs. A valued team member who smoothly handles the complex and unexpected, you understand that your contribution is vital to the event’s success. The candidate must be available on weekends.

As Banquet Set-Up staff, you will:

1. Set up and break down event space, ensuring setup according to the Banquet Event Order
2. Attend to guests' needs
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all public spaces throughout the event
4. Ensure supplies are available as per the Banquet Event Order and that equipment is set up and functioning properly
5. Monitor event supplies and equipment, store unused furnishings properly, and report repair and maintenance needs promptly

Job Requirements:

This position requires full mobility, continuous movement, and heavy lifting, occasionally up to 100 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.).

Must have an eye for detail, be a team player, and be flexible with hours, as this role may coincide with hotel events.
