Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms to the specification of the guest.
• Transporting awkward and heavy material such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc., from storage areas to meeting rooms.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and freshwater.
• Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return all extra materials to storage closets.
• Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards including carpet cleaning, vacuuming.
• Any other duties as assigned; duties are subject to change as management deems necessary to best serve Moody Gardens.

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for setting up, servicing, and breaking down all meeting rooms in accordance with Moody Garden’s high standards of quality and service.POSITION AUTHORITY:The incumbent is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities, provided such action is consistent with position guidelines as outlined below.POSITION GUIDELINES:Position guidelines include, but are not limited to, established company and department policies and procedures and all supervisory directives.
