Moody Gardens, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Banquet Set Up Assistant in Galveston, TX to prepare, service, and break down meeting spaces. You will move tables, chairs, and equipment, replenish supplies, and ensure rooms are ready for the next function.

CPR/First Aid and TABC & Food Handlers certifications are preferred or required respectively. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 80 pounds, and flexibility to support various event setups with attention to cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Essential functions include setting up meeting rooms per guest specs.
• Provide and replenish glasses and freshwater for meetings.
• Break down rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Follow supervisor directions and adapt to changing duties.

Responsabilités

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications.
• Transport tables, chairs, and equipment between storage and rooms.
• Stock meeting rooms with glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after events and return materials to storage.
• Perform routine cleaning per health standards.
