Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Banquet Associate to properly set, clean and maintain all function rooms, service corridors, storerooms and public areas, ensuring safety and hospitality standards. You will work closely with guests, Sales, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver outstanding service and a seamless event experience.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least six months experience in hotel or convention center banquet

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six months hotel or convention center banquet food/beverage services experience.
• Able to read, speak and understand English; able to lift 20-40 lbs; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check setup according to BEO specifications and Supervisor instructions.
• Set rooms, buffets, and tables; assist during service with cordial and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of storerooms; assist in inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate concerns to Banquet Manager and support servers during service.
