Job summary

• Ability to transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Carry trays up to 50 lbs and serve food, beverage, and accompaniments.
• Deliver dirty china, glassware, and silverware to kitchen stewards’ area.
• Clear tables and manage buffet/service presentation.
