Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings, serviceware and menu items; some wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to banquet clients in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Deliver dirty china, glassware, and silverware to kitchen stewards’ area.
• Set/display food and beverages on buffet tables and assist with buffet service.
