Job summary

Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) seeks a Banquet Attendant to join the on-site Food and Beverage team in Anaheim. The role requires a strong service background, ability to read a BEO, and readiness to support coffee services, buffets, and related duties.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with hospitality experience, and capable of obtaining required certifications. The position offers a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with flexible scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces, linens, and buffet or beverage stations.
• Stock service areas with utensils, napkins, cups, and condiments.
• Serve pre-plated meals, beverages, and passed appetizers as directed.
• Replenish buffet stations to ensure presentation and freshness.
• Transport food and supplies from kitchen to event areas safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout the event.
• Assist with table service and floor maintenance during and after service.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, such as garnishing trays.
• Support event breakdown and cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible beverage service standards.
• Provide hospitable and professional guest service to all attendees.
• Work cooperatively with a team and follow directions from supervisors.
