Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) is seeking an energetic F&B Attendant to deliver friendly guest service at Honda Center. This part-time, event-based role involves taking food and beverage orders, operating the POS, and assisting in concessions to ensure smooth operations during arena events.

You will be 18+ with customer service experience, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education level is listed as Less Than High School.
• Experience Required - 0-1 Year.
• Starting hourly rate is $19.00 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Accurately assist guests with POS system at various concessions stands throughout the building.
• Expedite guest food orders in a timely manner at concession stands or portables.
• Stock product, set up set up condiment stations, cashier and POS stations and display baskets.
• Thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Partner with other team members to ensure food and beverage quality.
• Assist in preparation of food items.
• Check concessions equipment to ensure proper use.
• Understand and execute responsible alcohol service.
• Understand and maintain proper sanitation and food safety.
• Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests.
• Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/ or managers
