Job summary

Omni Boston Seaport is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service at our event spaces. You will maintain high standards of presentation, support culinary with food prep, and ensure timely, accurate service for a variety of banquet settings.

Ideal candidates will have strong hospitality experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and certifications in ServeSafe and TIPS. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality background.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have ServeSafe Food Handler and TIPS alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and comply with hotel rules and health/safety laws.
• Prepare for health department and Ecosure inspections.
• Set up and break down banquet events and serve food and beverages with quality and presentation.
• Assist in food and beverage assembly and plate-up as needed.
• Communicate with guests clearly and promptly to resolve issues and ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces, FOH & BOH.
