Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Part-time Banquet Server to set up and serve guests during banquet functions at the resort, under the supervision of the Banquet Manager or Captain. This role emphasizes hospitality excellence and attention to detail in a luxury resort setting.

• Understand BEO and complete set-ups accordingly.
• Set tables correctly with clean linens and glassware, ensuring uniformity.
• Explain menu items to guests.
• Keep the station clean during service, refilling items as needed.
• Assist in breaking down buffet or food service tables post-event.
• Serve guests following hospitality guidelines and company policies.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.

We are currently hiring for Part-time Banquet Servers.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Banquet Manager or Captain, the Banquet Server PT is responsible for setting up and serving guests during banquet functions at the resort.

Qualifications
