HOAMCO is seeking on-call Banquet Servers to provide courteous and rapid service at events in Nipomo, CA. Roles include serving and bartending as needed, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

The position offers a part-time, flexible schedule, opportunities to work with a caring team, and a pathway to develop food and beverage service skills while upholding HOAMCO's standards for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handlers Card and completion of an Alcohol Training Program.
• Ability to solve practical problems and address a variety of guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Available and able to serve and/or bartend events.
• Accept personal responsibility for decisions and actions.
• Spontaneously recognize and celebrate team success.
• Be proactive in exceeding guest satisfaction.
• Oversee and assist in all Food & Beverage functions (i.e. corporate parties, weddings) with department managers.
• Ensure that superior standards of food service are at all times meeting the requirements of our guests.
• Maintain effective communication between all team members in regards to Food & Beverage issues and concerns. Communicating the core values and mission of HOAMCO is vital to the achievement of company goals.

FUNCTION & ROLE: On Call Banquet Servers

Provides courteous and rapid service to guests by performing the following duties. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
