Job description

Banquet Servers and Setup are responsible for performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet.
2. Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests.
3. Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils.
4. Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
5. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
7. Set up events with tables/chairs, chaffing dishes, coffee/water stations, table centerpieces, potential dance floor setup, and bar/chef stations.
8. Break down all banquet items after the event is over.
