This position offers a compensation of $16.00 USD per hour.

Job Summary

The Server is responsible for event setup and strike, bussing, passing hors d'oeuvres, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent guest service in a courteous and efficient manner. The role includes ensuring correct billing procedures and maintaining a high standard of service.

Essential Functions
  • Greet guests politely and take beverage orders.
  • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
  • Answer menu questions, take food orders, and explain menu items.
  • Submit orders to the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
  • Check on guests during their meal, deliver checks, and process transactions accurately.
  • Perform clean-up and setup for subsequent meals.
  • Keep tables clean and properly set, and stock service areas.
  • Report gratuities and safety issues as required.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Strong sanitation habits and customer service skills.
  • Ability to recognize problems and communicate effectively with management.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to move, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and stand for long periods.
  • Climb stairs and withstand temperature extremes.
  • Read, write, and communicate in English clearly.
Equipment Used
  • Touch-screen POS systems, restaurant equipment, and supplies.
