Job Summary:

The Banquet Server provides exceptional food and beverage service to Club Members and guests during a variety of events, ranging from intimate dinner parties and golf tournaments to large-scale weddings. This role ensures a seamless dining experience by delivering attentive, professional service in a fast-paced event setting.

Essential Duties/Functions:

• Greet members and guests with a positive attitude


• Responsible for completing detailed opening and closing duties


• Ability to read and understand banquet function sheets


• Prepare event spaces by covering tables, arranging silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials


• Serve plated meals, buffet-style dishes, or passed appetizers efficiently and courteously


• Clear empty plates, refill drinks, and ensure tables are clean and organized


• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service


• Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances, such as last minute guest count changes or unexpected requests


• Handle any Member and guest concerns or issues that arise during the event with professionalism and tact
