Job summary

The Minikahda Club in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services Associate to greet members and guests and deliver friendly, proactive service on the golf operation.

You will load golf bags, prepare carts, maintain the bag room, stock supplies, and assist with events while upholding the club's standards. A High School Diploma is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of golf or experience at golf clubs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload members' and guests' golf bags from vehicles or bag room.
• Clean clubs and store golf bags properly.
• Keep bag room organized and clean.
• Transport golf carts to staging area.
• Stage carts for events and ensure cleanliness.
• Clean, store and charge all carts at shift end.
• Set up practice facilities daily and keep stocked and well-kept.
• Stock coolers with water and ice on the course.
• Remove bottles and cans from garbage receptacles.

Job Summary

Greet and assist members and guests of the Club, delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on the golf operation.

Essential Duties/Functions

• Load and unload members' and guests' golf bags in and out of vehicles or the bag room
• Responsible for cleaning clubs and putting golf bags in proper storage slots.
• Maintain and keep the bag room organized and clean.
• Transport golf carts to their staging area.
• Stage golf carts for events and ensure their cleanliness.
• Clean, store and charge all carts at the end of your shift
• Properly set up all practice facilities daily, make sure they are fully stocked and well-kept throughout the day.
• Stock coolers with water and ice on the golf course.
• Remove bottles and cans from garbage receptacles.

• Ability to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, even when busy or stressed.
• Ability to operate golf carts.
• Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and range ball cases (30-40 pounds).

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of golf or experience working at golf clubs is preferred but not required.
