Job summary

Troon North Golf Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a full-time Banquet Server to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality team.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of F&B experience, knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws, and strong customer service orientation. This role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented service and teamwork within Troon’s global hospitality platform.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
• Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience.
• Must have highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares function site; assures meeting room is set according to specification.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas according to the Banquet Event Order or as directed.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Helps to maintain clean banquet service areas and catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
• Assists in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
• Ensures the guests are provided with excellent customer service by anticipating their needs before they arise.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required. Regular and reliable attendance.
