Position Summary

The Server will provide top-tier hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $9.98 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, consistent with DLTCC standards.
• Maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring needs are anticipated and met.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue, adhering to standards.
• Inventory management for food and beverage stations.
• Keep event areas and front-of-house staging areas tidy and organized.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower times.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment.
• Engage in high social contact, working closely with staff and patrons.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure work accuracy and completeness with attention to detail.
• Multi-task effectively.
• Handle and move objects safely.
• Maintain a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
• Communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
• Use basic arithmetic skills.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 30 lbs., often 15 lbs.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints appropriately.
