Job summary

AHC Hospitality in Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time banquet server to set up events, service guests, and clear rooms after functions. You will work with the banquet team to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain standards, and support profit goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Stands/walks for extended periods and carries trays.
• Familiar with upscale service etiquette and proper table settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining tables according to event function and ensure correct placement of settings.
• Provide guest-focused service and engage guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with service and clearing of rooms after events and report any issues to Banquet Captain.
