As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have previous food serving experience, preferably in luxury banquet settings. Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, etiquette, and some wine knowledge is required. You must be able to read, speak, and write English, remember and promote menu items, and handle physical tasks such as transporting up to 50 lbs., operating beverage equipment, and carrying multiple plates. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and full shifts is necessary. You must obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire if applicable.

• Clear tables and deliver dirty china, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen.
• Set up buffet tables and serve guests requiring buffet service.
