Position: Banquet Server

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverages to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding guest service.

Qualifications:

• Previous food serving experience; luxury banquet experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
• Understanding of table settings, service ware, and menu items
• Some wine knowledge
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
• Physical ability to transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate beverage and toast equipment
• Ability to carry three or more plates
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Full shift (8 hours) walking and standing; reasonable accommodations available
• Must obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
