The Banquet Server provides exceptional hospitality and service for all Club events, including banquets, lunches, dinners, and special functions. This role combines fine dining expertise, teamwork, and proactive service to ensure every member and guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Hospitality

• Deliver engaged, professional, and timely service in all private party and event styles of service
• Anticipate member needs and proactively resolve issues
• Provide proper wine service
• Coordinate and communicate special requests, including dietary needs
• Assist with pre and post event side work
• Ensure tables and stations are clean and properly reset

Professionalism & Teamwork

• Maintain neat, professional appearance and personal hygiene
• Exhibit a positive attitude, integrity, and professional behavior
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Perform physically demanding tasks efficiently (standing, walking, carrying trays, bending, reaching, lifting)

Additional Duties

• Perform other acts of hospitality to enhance the member experience
• Comply with club policies, rules, and safety standards
