Position Overview

Set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner according to Pyramid Hotels' high standards.

Essential Functions

• Set up banquet rooms with linen, serviceware, and glassware as instructed.
• Attend pre-event meetings to learn specifics and expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food and beverages as directed, ensuring consistency, and bus dishes promptly.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Practice teamwork and maintain cleanliness as you go.
• Reset banquet rooms after events to ensure readiness and sanitation.
• Attend mandatory monthly departmental meetings.
