• Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests throughout events.
• Coordinate with Kitchen staff to relay any changes during service.

• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
