Job summary

Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a part-time guest service associate to deliver exceptional service at events and during hotel operations. You will assist with banquet setup, beverage service, and guest communication, ensuring top-quality experiences for our Guests.

This role requires strong teamwork, a high work ethic, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays at our Marietta, GA property.

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
