Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a friendly banquet server to assist with event setup and guest service in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms, greeting guests, serving food and drinks, bussing, replenishing beverages, and cleaning work areas to health standards. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Banquet serving experience preferred.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. continuously through a crowded room during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry, move, or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 100 lbs.

• Line out supplies for future functions as needed.
• Perform side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking banquet shelves.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products and follow health standards.
