The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, strong communication skills, MICROS knowledge, and valid US work authorization. We offer a dynamic luxury environment with growth opportunities and a flexible schedule.

What you will do

The Banquet Server will deliver warm, genuine service for all group and social catering events, both on property and off‑site. Maintain strong awareness in all service areas and anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences. Set up and break down events with precision, ensuring all decor and equipment meet Four Seasons standards. Communicate clearly with the team to support seamless coordination. Handle guest interactions with confidence, professionalism, and effective problem‑solving. Accommodate special requests when possible and resolve concerns with grace. Assist guests with questions about hotel services, hours, and event details.

What you bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• Strong communication skills
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Banquet Server to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
