Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Ice Rodeo Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving our guests and will help create a premium poolside experience by greeting guests and delivering food and drinks, with attention to detail for lounge setup.

Requirements include MICROS knowledge, 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, TABC and Food Handlers certifications, and work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best Food & Beverage experience to guests.
• Create a poolside Food & Beverage experience and actively greet guests.

It is more than serving food, but rather creating a poolside Food & Beverage experience. Ice Rodeo Servers have an eye for detail, ensure the outdoor area is clean, actively greet guests, deliver food and drink, provide lounge set up, anticipate guests’ needs, and are knowledgeable about all available cocktail and menu options.

What you bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred

• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred

• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required

• Work authorization in the United States
