Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet service preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying trays or lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, and long shifts during event week.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, and break down banquet events according to resort standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, attentiveness, and poise.
• Carry trays, pour wine and beverages, and serve plated or buffet-style meals.
• Ensure food and beverage areas are stocked, clean, and organized throughout service.
• Assist with clearing tables, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in event spaces.
• Work collaboratively with other banquet servers, bartenders, and culinary staff.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests promptly to banquet leadership.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
