Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure guest satisfaction at meetings and events. You will circulate the room, deliver food and beverage service, and help maintain product quality standards throughout service periods.

This role may require flexible scheduling availability, and you will contribute to a safe, clean, and inviting dining environment while supporting the team and guests.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the guests and acknowledge their requests.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Ability to help validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests while carrying plates of food on trays.
• Keep glasses full, remove rounds of plates, and replenish utensils.
• Perform cleaning tasks and assist with setup and breakdown of service.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
