Responsibilities

• Greets guests, presents menus and wine lists, and answers questions about food, beverages, and specials.
• Takes food and beverage orders and relays to kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensures orders are prepared properly and timely by communicating with management and staff.
• Assists with hosting, bussing, and expediting as needed.
• Manages opening/closing duties and guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.
