30hop Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is hiring Servers to join our front of house team. We value friendly, dependable people who enjoy connecting with guests in a fast-paced setting and are excited to build skills while delivering attentive service.

Fully trained Servers earn $2.13 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. We offer full-time and part-time roles with benefits including PTO, health coverage and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm welcome.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS.
• Serve food and beverages timely and courteously.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments and manage checkout.
