We seek team members with prior server and front-of-house experience, able to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, and who value collaboration and superb hospitality. Join a family-owned brand recognized for quality and care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations.
• Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Know how to read the banquet event orders (BEO’s) and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
• Serve guests according to resort standard in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• At all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, fellow associates and management.
