Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Hawaii is seeking a banquet server to set up outlets for functions and serve food and beverage in a courteous, professional manner. You will ensure guest satisfaction and support sales through upselling when appropriate.

The role emphasizes proper setup, cleanliness, and guest interaction in a lively event environment with opportunities for growth through our training programs.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain proper set-up of guest tables before, during and after service.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of the service station before, during and after the shift.
• Set up outlets/venue for banquet functions by ensuring area is cleaned and vacuumed and all props, utensils, required equipment, decorations are in place.
• Break down of banquet setups after each function, ensuring venue is clean and items placed in proper areas.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Adherence to posted work schedule.
• Be a salesperson to our guest offering suggestions to increase average food and beverage check
