• Check and maintain proper set-up of guest tables before, during and after service.
• Set up outlets/venue for banquet functions and ensure cleanliness.
• Replenish beverages and check guests for satisfaction.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist with upselling to increase average check.
