Philadelphia Country Cl is seeking a Server Banquet to deliver attentive service at large events. You will set up banquet spaces, serve courses and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Strong communication, physical stamina, and flexible hours are required. Prior banquet or hospitality experience and knowledge of food safety are preferred. This on-site role offers opportunities to contribute to memorable events and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum banquet or event serving experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings).
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, following service protocols.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure positive dining experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver courses and beverages during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces after events.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
