Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event serving roles or similar hospitality positions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to established service protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any service issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the delivery of courses and beverages during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces following event conclusion.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
