The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, invites you to join our team in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. As a Banquet Server you will help set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down after events at a world-class property.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Flexible availability including daytime, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, clear and tear down banquet rooms after events.
• Assist with event room setup, break stations, and food & beverage preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of back hall and storerooms.
• Provide warm welcoming service and assist guests throughout functions.
