Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking a PRN Banquet Server to support the Café Manager, Banquet Coordinator, and Nutritional Services during events and meetings. You will assist with event planning, room preparation, food service, and cleanup to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Certification from an ANSI accredited program within one month of hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and conference rooms according to event requirements, including table, linens, chairs, and other equipment
• Roll silverware and set tables for events and meetings
• Monitor banquet and meeting spaces during events to ensure needs are met
• Clean and reset conference rooms following events, including teardown and equipment removal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and service areas
• Perform other duties and assigned
