Sodexo seeks a Banquet Server for part-time work at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center. You will provide food and beverage services for catered events, with duties ranging from buffets to plated meals, under supervision of banquet captain and supervisor.

Responsibilities include event setup, service execution, and breakdown, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and timely service. Physical duties require lifting up to 50 pounds and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local/state laws.
• Alcohol-service certifications or equivalents (TIPS/TEAM) may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide food and beverage services for catered events with attentiveness and professionalism.
• Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown under supervision.
• Maintain clean tables, stations and presentation standards during events.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
