Job summary

Invited invites you to join our award-winning hospitality team as a Banquet Server, delivering high-quality food and beverage service at private events and clubs nationwide. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for members and guests.

We value professionalism, teamwork, and proactive service. The role requires standing for long periods, flexible hours, and a focus on guest satisfaction within a dynamic club setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards, providing exceptional service throughout all events.
• Execute F&B orders, ensuring attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Foster a positive atmosphere through proactive service.
• Address member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, keeping them organized and clean.
• Complete daily side work, stocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including tables and décor.
