Job summary

Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server for on-site events in Nashville, TN. You will help set up function spaces, serve guests, and tear down after events, delivering outstanding hospitality while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements include 2–4 years in food service, preferably banquet experience, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and excellent communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions: draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables; clear dishes and reset for next service.
• Break down and cleanup including linen and centerpieces.
• Assist with event room setup and stock workstations.
• Provide food and beverage prep duties as needed.
• Ensure final quality checks and guest satisfaction.
