The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to assist in event preparation and to service food and beverages for guests. Responsibilities include setup, break-down, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, though hospitality experience is preferred. Must read, speak, and understand English to follow instructions and respond to guest needs while lifting up to 35 lbs with accommodation.

• No experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend English to receive instructions from managers and guests.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up tables with china, silverware, and other service equipment; and break down assigned banquet rooms according to banquet event orders and supervisor's instructions.
• Services of food and beverages according to standards and banquet event orders.
• Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager.
• Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
• Maintains Hilton's high standards of quality and service.
• Maintains all cleanliness and sanitation pf banquet rooms, public areas, banquet pantry and storage areas along with personal hygiene.
• Other duties as assigned.
