Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a Banquet Server to join the Banquets Team. The property features Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond ratings, with extensive meeting space and multiple F&B outlets. You’ll deliver attentive service to guests, helping create memorable events in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Master the menu: learn details of all menu items and specials to help guests with questions
• Serve with efficiency and care: take orders, enter into POS, and deliver promptly with attention to detail
• Manage the service station: keep the station stocked, clean, and organized
• Clear and transport tableware: remove dishes and glassware and deliver to the dishwashing area
• Support event preparation: assist with cleaning, arranging and setting banquet tables, restocking supplies
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
