Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables per event specs, including place settings, linens, glassware, and centerpieces.
• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly with proper service etiquette.
• Clear and reset tables between courses, keeping a clean dining area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and servers for seamless service.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and prep methods to answer guest questions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards in food handling.
• Manage table inventory and report issues to management.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
