Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking banquet staff to uphold high standards of service at banquets and events in our Missouri properties. Duties include set up, guest counts, handling buffet stations, and assisting with event flow.

You must be a high school graduate, able to stand for long periods, speak/read/write English, and follow the event orders. We value teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Fluency in English required (read, write and understand).
• Must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
• Adhere to all company policies.

Responsibilities

• Observe standard of service for events and banquet setup.
• Review guest count and menu per Banquet Event Order Form (BEO Form).
• Sets tables according to the BEO form and maintains buffet/food stations.
• May present, open and pour wine when serving guests.
• Attends staff meetings and training sessions to increase performance and knowledge.
