Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Banquet Server/Lead Attendant to ensure top-notch banquet and event service at our Missouri location. You will review the Banquet Event Order, set tables, and maintain a professional banquet area while meeting guest expectations.

Responsibilities include assisting with wine service, attending trainings, and supporting staff to ensure events run smoothly while maintaining English proficiency and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Communicating with back of the house and front of the house personnel to provide a banquet/dining experience that meets or exceeds guest's expectations.
• Observes diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsabilités

• Observe standard of service for coffee breaks, meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions and buffets.
• Lead event as the main staff member to ensure guest needs are met and the event plan is completed.
• Review guest count and menu using the BEO Form and set tables accordingly.
• Maintain professional appearance of banquet area and set up food stations and buffets.
• Assist with wine service when needed and attend training sessions to improve performance.
• Store and maintain equipment properly and ensure guest satisfaction at events.
• Communicate any questions or requests to supervisor or manager as they arise.
• Support event tasks as directed by supervisors and managers, staying mobile for several hours.
