Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at events and functions. You will set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and maintain professional table settings.

You will work with culinary and event teams to ensure smooth operations, respond to guest needs, uphold health standards, and keep work areas tidy. Previous food-service experience is preferred, and evenings/weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables with place settings, linens, glassware, and centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages to guests following proper service etiquette.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and maintain a clean dining area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other servers for seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
